This Bardot inspired top was my latest sewing and design project. The colour wasn’t quite what I expected (I didn’t swatch it before ordering) but it turned into a fun piece and I learned a ton of new skills in the process of creation. Sewing has become my latest hobby, picked up during lockdown. I knew whilst designing it that I would want to pair it with the perfect vintage jeans. These jeans have been my go-to all summer and I purchased them in two shades of blue from the H&M Conscious collection. They just released them in black which will be perfect for fall and winter. They are the style of jeans that just work with everything! It’s always risky buying denim online, but these worked out beautifully. I can’t wait to pair these with booties once the weather cools off a bit more.
